The Bhubaneswar College of Engineering (BCE) is the brain child of a highly qualified technocrat with engineering degree from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri & MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and also with experience in promoting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state of Odisha for last 30 years. His aim is to make the college an institution of international standing and is putting all his efforts in achieving this.
Achieve EXCELLENCE in all disciplines of engineering and technology education and research in the conventional as well as newly emerging areas keeping in view EQUITY and INCLUSION by providing ACCESS to deserving students from all sections of society particularly underprivileged and economically disadvantaged. In order to be acclaimed globally as a source of knowledge in the fields of engineering by producing the professionals of highest in the fields of industry and research, bearing the ability to face the challenges posed by latest technology and competition.

I had been a student at @BCE for four years and from what I have experienced, I can tell you it is a great College. The teachers are very reasonable and fair. The staff is excellent and the rules help keep the college safe and in order.
The struggle you're in today is developing the Strength you need for tomorrow.
I really value my education at @BCE for many reasons. First, I get to learn about many things I never knew about. Another reason is that the teachers here really care about you and your education.
